What the activity feed records
Each entry describes what happened as a short sentence, not a raw event name. The filter pills group those sentences into three families — Documents, Processing and Configuration — and Everything lists all of them together.
Documents
Uploads, reviews, corrections, exports — what a person in your workspace did.
| The row reads | What it means |
|---|---|
| Uploaded | Someone added a file by hand. |
| Imported | A file arrived from a connected source instead. |
| Marked as reviewed | Someone signed the document off. |
| Fields corrected | Someone changed one or more extracted values. |
| Sent for reprocessing | Someone ran the document through processing again. |
| Version switched | A different version was made the current one. |
| Exported | The document was sent out of the platform. |
| Deleted | The document was removed. |
Processing
How documents finished, and where they went — the outcome the platform reached on its own.
| The row reads | What it means |
|---|---|
| Ready for review | Processing finished and the document is waiting for a person. |
| Processing completed | The document finished with nothing left to check. |
| Processing failed | Processing could not finish. |
| Could not prepare the file | The file could not be made readable — often unsupported or damaged. |
| Delivered | The document reached its destination. |
| Partially delivered | It reached some destinations but not all of them. |
| Delivery failed | It reached none of them. |
Configuration
Changes to extractors, classifiers, queues and folders — changes to how your workspace behaves.
| The row reads | What it means |
|---|---|
| Extractor created, Extractor updated, Extractor deleted, Extractor enabled, Extractor disabled, Extractor visibility changed | An extractor was added, edited, removed, switched on or off, or had its audience changed. |
| Classifier created, Classifier updated, Classifier deleted, Classifier enabled, Classifier disabled, Classifier visibility changed | The same six changes, to a classifier. |
| Queue created, Queue updated, Queue deleted, Queue enabled, Queue disabled, Queue visibility changed | The same six changes, to a queue. |
| Folder created, Folder updated, Folder deleted | A folder was added, edited or removed. |
An event type newer than the wording above reads as a tidied version of its underlying name.
Which sentences report a failure
Processing failed, Could not prepare the file and Delivery failed are failures by definition, and a red dot sits beside the sentence on those rows — as on any row whose action was refused. That dot is the only signal: there is no outcome column and no status wording. Partially delivered is not marked as a failure, because part of the work succeeded.
What the record does not cover
This is a record of your documents and your configuration, deliberately not a security log. It carries no sign-ins or session history, no IP addresses, no device or browser details, no before-and-after copy of what changed, and none of our internal identifiers. Each row does carry a Reference, shown when you expand it — quote that when you raise an entry with support.
