Watching a workflow run
A workflow runs without you. Follow one document in the order the work moves.
- The IntelieDocs module visible in your left-hand navigation.
- An orchestrator with a document in it. The chain also needs IntelieKonnect and Audit Logs in your navigation.
If IntelieDocs isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.
Steps
In Import Connectors, Status must read Active and Engagement Status Connected. A manual run confirms with Fetch started; no run history is kept.
A document only appears under the orchestrator it was sent to. Open that one, select Manage Documents, then narrow the list with Search by name.
The row’s Status says where it has got to, from Processing on. The list never refreshes itself — select Refresh, or open the document. Every value: Status reference.
Where review is configured it rests on Waiting for Review. Filter to that value with View Status (All), correct the document, select Save, then Mark as Reviewed.
Delivery follows processing. Queued for Export waits for a scheduled connector; Exported means every bound one took it. Partially Exported and Export Failed tooltip each connector Delivered or Failed.
Open Audit Logs under Available Apps and narrow the Filters bar — Action, Actor User ID, From, To. A value in ACTION opens Audit Event Details.
What success looks like
- A row under its orchestrator reading Exported, with matching events in Audit Logs.
- Nothing left on Waiting for Review unexpectedly.
Two normal states people misread
Queued for Export is a waiting room, not a failure: it clears on the export connector's next run, or when you deliver it now. And a page showing nothing is usually still filtered — check View Status (All), or the Filter By (2) count on connectors.
If something goes wrong
