A tour of your workspace
Elie puts every product behind one top bar and one app switcher. This tour shows where each control lives.
Moving between modules
Select the menu icon at the far left of the top bar. A full-height panel headed Available Apps slides in, one row per app with a one-line description. Select a row and the panel closes as the app opens; the app you are in stays highlighted. The X at the panel's top closes it without moving.
Selecting the Eliehub brand and its Agentic AI platform strapline returns you to the landing screen.
| Row | Where it takes you |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The landing screen |
| Access Control | People, roles and permissions |
| Audit Logs | The activity trail |
| IntelieKonnect | Import and export connectors |
| IntelieDocs | Documents and review |
| Knowledge Base | Knowledge bases and answers |
| Voice IntELIEgence | Conversation analysis — only when your role includes it |
Your workspace may list more apps than this manual covers.
The landing screen
Signing in takes you there. One screen, three names: the heading reads Home, Available Apps calls it Dashboard, and the browser tab says Overview. Treat it as your starting point.
Rails and breadcrumbs
There is no workspace-wide sidebar; navigation inside a module belongs to that module. Some add a left rail you fold away with its toggle, labelled Collapse sidebar and Expand sidebar; others put everything on the page. Breadcrumbs sit inside the module too, and the last crumb shortens to fit — hover to read it in full.
Your account
Select your name or avatar at the right of the top bar. The popover shows your name and email above Account Settings, Access Control and Logout. On a narrow window only the avatar remains.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Voice IntELIEgence is missing from Available Apps. | Your role does not include it, or your permissions failed to load. | Sign out and in again; if it is still absent, ask an administrator. |
| A row lands on Access denied. | You have no visibility of that module. | Select Go to overview, then ask for access. |
| A module opens, then shows 403 — Access Forbidden — or a list stays empty with no message. | You can reach the app but not the data behind it; some screens refuse quietly. | Ask an administrator to check your role. |
