What is Elie

Elie is a single platform assembled from components you combine into automated workflows. You pick only the pieces your work needs — bringing documents in, processing them, answering questions about them, analysing recorded conversations — and leave the rest alone.

What you can build with it

ModuleWhat it is for
IntelieDocsTurns documents into structured data: extract fields, classify, queue for review, or redact.
IntelieKonnectBrings documents in from a mailbox, an SFTP server, a cloud drive, a database or an API, and pushes finished results back out.
Knowledge BaseMakes a body of documents answerable in plain language, with each answer citing where it came from.
Voice IntELIEgenceTranscribes and analyses recorded conversations so you can read, search, grade and report on them.
Access ControlDecides who can use your workspace and what each person is allowed to see and do.
Audit LogsKeeps the record of what happened in your workspace, and lets you confirm it has not been altered.

Those are the names you see in Available Apps, the panel you open from the far left of the top bar. Which of them you can actually work in depends on the role you were given — see What your role can see.

How the pieces fit together

Most workflows are a chain of four jobs, and each module owns one of them. An import connector brings work in. An orchestrator decides what happens to it — which fields to pull, whether to redact, whether to hold it for a person. Someone reviews whatever needs human judgement, correcting or signing off the result. An export connector delivers the finished result to wherever it has to land. Nothing is joined up by default: you configure each piece on its own, then bind it to the next.
