Signing in to Elie
Signing in takes two screens, not one: Elie's own card, which has no password box at all, then the identity provider's page, where you type your email and password. Expect the hand-off and the rest is quick.
Steps
Open your organisation’s Elie address. If you are not signed in, the sign-in page opens on its own.
On the card headed Log in your account, select the Tenant user tile — Log in with role-based tenant access. This card has no email or password field; the tile shows a spinner while it prepares the hand-off.
The identity provider’s page takes over. Type your address in Enter email and your existing password in the field labelled Create password — despite the wording, it is not asking for a new one. Select Login.
A full-screen spinner appears while Elie finishes the sign-in, then your workspace opens. Elie never sees your password.
Select your name or avatar at the right of the header, then Logout. There is no confirmation and no farewell message — you land back on the sign-in card.
What success looks like
- The header shows your name or email with an avatar, and its menu lists Account Settings, Access Control and Logout.
- Opening the sign-in page again while signed in takes you straight back into the workspace.
Two screens, one title
Both sit under the same ElieHub / Agentic AI platform header and carry the same title Log in your account, deliberately, so neither tells you where you are. Go by the content instead: tiles mean you are still on Elie, email and password fields mean the identity provider. That second page is English only, whatever language Elie is set to, and its footnote about creating an account is not a sign-up form — there is no self-service sign-up.
If something goes wrong
