Smart Queue specifics

A Smart Queue joins the other two kinds together: it sorts each document into a classifier's classes, then reads it with the Smart Extract you mapped to that class. Those mappings are what make it different.

What you'll need

• The IntelieDocs module visible in your left-hand navigation.
• A Smart Class to classify with, and a Smart Extract for each of its classes — every class must be mapped before you can submit.

If IntelieDocs isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.

Steps

1. In the IntelieDocs sidebar, under All Orchestrators, select Smart Queue, then Add New — or a name in the list.

2. Fill in Name and Description on the Details card — both required. A Smart Queue has no Review Required switch.

3. In Classifier, use Select Classifier. Its classes fill a table headed CLASS NAME and SMART EXTRACT; documents are sorted into its categories.

4. Give every row a SMART EXTRACT, and no two of them the same — until both hold, Submit stays disabled.

5. Set Visibility Scope, then select Submit. Save as Draft needs only Name and Description.

What success looks like

• The list row shows your classifier under CLASSIFIER NAME, with a STATUS of Active or Passive.
• A gear button in that cell, Classifier Settings, opens the Smart Class you chose.
• No Draft chip beside the name and no Save Changes in the Overview header — both show only on a draft.

Changing the classifier later

While the queue is a draft the classifier is re-selectable, and switching it clears every mapping without warning. Once published it is fixed — only the mappings stay editable, through Edit Classifier and Save Classifier.

If something goes wrong

Symptom	Likely cause	What to do
Submit is disabled and nothing says why.	A class has no SMART EXTRACT, or Name or Description is empty.	Map every row, then re-check the Details card.
Each class must have a unique smart extract	Two classes point at the same extract.	Give one of them a different Smart Extract.
This classifier has no classes to map.	The Smart Class you chose defines none.	Add a class to it — see Smart Classes.
Couldn't load classes for this classifier. Please try again.	The class list could not be fetched.	Select the classifier again.
