Finding and creating export connectors
An export connector is the door finished documents leave through. They all live in one list, newest first; Add Connector starts a new one.
- The IntelieKonnect module visible in your left-hand navigation.
- These permissions: IntelieKonnect — List, IntelieKonnect — View, IntelieKonnect — Create.
- Nothing has to exist first — credentials, format and schedule come later.
If IntelieKonnect isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.
Finding one
On Home, select Intelie Konnect, then Export Connectors — import and export are separate lists and never mix. Search by name matches the name only, never the type or a status. Select Filter By, tick values on the Connector Type, Status and Engagement Status tabs of Apply Filters, then Apply; Reset Filters clears every tab. Sort By (Date) swaps between Date and Name — newest, or A–Z, first.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| NAME | Opens it on Overview; a Draft chip marks an unfinished one. |
| CONNECTOR TYPE | Every cloud provider reads Cloud Storage; the provider is named beside Type. |
| STATUS, ENGAGEMENT STATUS | The two badges: on, and reaching the far system. |
| CREATED ON | The default sort. |
| ACTIONS | Deleting is hidden, not greyed out, while a connector is Active. |
Creating one
Select Add Connector. On the New Connector page, complete Add Basic Details: a recognisable Name and a one-line Description, both required.
Under Select Connector Type, use Search by connector or auth type, or the group pills: All Connectors, Email, File Storage, Cloud Storage, Database, API, Accounting.
Each type is one card; selecting it sets the type *and* the sign-in method. A banner warns both are final: *The connector type and authentication method are set now and can’t be changed once the connector is created.*
Select Submit. It reads Submitting…, then Export connector added successfully! confirms it. Nothing is delivered yet — a Draft is inert.
What success looks like
- Export connector added successfully! appears and you land on Overview.
- Status reads Draft, Engagement Status reads Not Connected — both expected here.
- The new row appears in the Export Connectors list, marked Draft.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The list is empty and reads "No Connectors found." | None exist, or a filter hides them all. | Check the Filter By count. |
| A connector you created is missing. | It is an import connector. | Switch to Import Connectors — see Import connectors. |
| Submit is greyed out, tooltip "Enter a name and description first." or "Select a connector type to submit." | Name or Description is empty or too long, or no card is selected. | Complete both, move focus out, then select a card. |
| The picker says "No results found." | Your search matches nothing. | Clear the search box and select All Connectors. |
| You picked the wrong type. | Both are immutable. | Select Delete, confirm Yes, Delete, then create a new one. |
