Delivering buffered documents now
Deliver now closes a scheduled export connector's current batch early: everything it has buffered so far is frozen and delivered on the spot, without waiting for the schedule.
- The IntelieKonnect module visible in your left-hand navigation.
- This permission: IntelieKonnect — Execute.
- An export connector that is Active, has a schedule, and has Allow Group Export set to Yes. Deliver now is hidden otherwise.
If IntelieKonnect isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.
Steps
Open the Export Connectors list and select the connector. Check that Status reads Active.
Buffering only happens when the connector has a schedule and Allow Group Export set to Yes on Export Settings. Without both, each result goes out as soon as it is ready — there is no batch to freeze.
Select Deliver now in the connector header. It reads Starting… briefly, then a Delivery started message confirms it.
Delivery runs in the background. The combined file arrives at the destination set on Configuration.
What success looks like
- A Delivery started message appears.
- One combined file lands at the destination for each file type you chose, covering every buffered document rather than one file per document.
Why Deliver now might not be there
It is hidden — not greyed out — unless the connector is Active, has a schedule and has Allow Group Export set to Yes. That toggle can only be edited while the connector is switched off, so the sequence is Disable, edit Export Settings, then Enable.
If something goes wrong
