Setting an export schedule
A schedule decides when an export connector delivers. It is also the prerequisite for batching — Allow Group Export cannot be switched on without one.
- The IntelieKonnect module visible in your left-hand navigation.
- This permission: IntelieKonnect — Update.
- An export connector whose type has a Schedule Configs tab. It is read-only while the connector is Active.
If IntelieKonnect isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.
Steps
Open the connector and select Schedule Configs. With nothing set it reads No schedule configured yet.
If Status is Active, select Disable first — the tab is read-only while the connector runs.
Select Set Schedule, then a Schedule Type: Standard Interval, Day wise or Cron Based. For Standard Interval, pick a value under Select Interval.
Select Save Configuration. The tab now shows your schedule.
Open Export Settings. Allow Group Export is now selectable — Yes delivers a run as one combined file, No one file per document. Save, then select Enable.
What success looks like
- Schedule Configs shows your schedule, not No schedule configured yet.
- On Export Settings the hint Group export requires a schedule. has gone.
- With group export on and the connector Active, Deliver now appears in the header.
A schedule only buffers when group export is on
With Allow Group Export set to Yes, Elie holds each finished document and the scheduled run delivers them as one artifact — one row per document for CSV and Excel, an array for JSON. With No, each document goes out on its own as it is ready. Only documents that have cleared review are collected.
If something goes wrong
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No Schedule Configs tab. | Webhook and the accounting export types deliver immediately. | Expected — see Which tabs you see. |
| Allow Group Export greyed out, hinting Group export requires a schedule. | No schedule saved yet. | Save one here, then return to Export settings. |
| Set Schedule is missing. | The connector is Active, so the tab is read-only. | Select Disable, edit, then Enable. |
| Saved, but nothing is delivered. | The connector is not Active, or no export channel is bound. | Check Status, then the binding. |
| Files arrive one per document. | Group export is No, so the schedule buffers nothing. | Set Allow Group Export to Yes. |
Next
- Export settings — file types, prefixes and grouping.
- Delivering now — flushing the buffer by hand.
- Enabling and disabling — making the schedule take effect.
