IntelieKonnect troubleshooting
Nearly every IntelieKonnect problem is a connector that is not in the state you think it is. Find your symptom, then open the page that fixes it.

Hidden, not greyed out
Controls that do not apply are removed rather than disabled — Fetch now, Deliver now, Delete and whole tabs can be absent with no explanation. Read Status, Engagement Status and Type in the connector header before assuming a fault.
The two silent failures
A document reaching the export stage with no enabled export channel completes as a success with nothing delivered, and no error anywhere. An import connector with no channel keeps polling: what it collects is consumed and never fetched again, so binding it afterwards does not recover those files.
Before you change anything
Disable the connector first. While it is Active every tab is read-only, and the banner reads To edit settings you must first disable the connector, update the settings, then enable the connector. Leaving a tab with unsaved edits raises Unsaved Changes — choose No, Stay to keep them.
