Status reference

Elie labels state with a badge on nearly every row and detail page. This is the whole vocabulary, module by module: the badge as it appears, what it means, and what it is waiting on. A value Elie does not recognise appears as its raw name in grey instead of a styled badge.

Document statuses

The Status badge on an IntelieDocs document, in the list, on its card and on its own page.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
UploadedThe file was accepted. Processing has not begun.Nothing — it moves to Processing on its own.
ProcessingElie is reading the document and running the orchestrator's steps.Wait.
Password RequiredThe file is locked, so processing stopped. A request, not a failure.Open the document and select Enter Password.
Waiting for ReviewReading finished; a person must confirm or correct what was found.Review the extracted fields, then select Mark as Reviewed.
CompletedProcessing finished and nothing is waiting on you.Nothing.
ExportingDelivery to a bound connector is in flight.Wait.
Queued for ExportHeld for a scheduled connector's next run.Wait, or deliver it now.
ExportedDelivered to every connector bound to the orchestrator.Nothing.
Partially ExportedSome bound connectors took it, others refused it.Hover the badge — it names each connector as Delivered or Failed — then select Retry export.
Export FailedNo connector accepted it.Hover the badge for the reason, fix that connector, then select Retry export.
ExceptionProcessing itself failed. Documents stop here.Handle the exception.
ArchivedSet aside. Still readable and downloadable.Nothing, or delete it.

Every badge above can be filtered for from View Status (All). Delete is unavailable while a document is Uploaded, Processing, Exporting or Queued for Export — those are either still running or already in flight.

Document classification levels

Shown against Classification Level on a document, this is how confident the classifier was in the class it picked. It is not a processing state.

BadgeWhat it means
HighA confident match.
MediumA reasonable match, worth a glance.
LowA weak match — check the class is right.

Connector Status

Where a connector is in its life. One of the two badges on every connector.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
DraftCreated but inert — no credentials, and the scheduler ignores it.Finish Configuration, then verify it.
InitialisedConfigured and saved, but not switched on. It still fetches nothing.Verify it, then select Enable.
Verification PendingA sign-in handshake with the provider is in flight. The page refreshes itself every few seconds.Finish signing in in the other tab.
Verification FailedThe credential check ran and was refused.Fix the credentials on Configuration, then verify again.
ActiveSwitched on and verified. The scheduler runs it.Nothing. Every settings tab is read-only while it is Active.
DisabledSwitched off by hand. Configuration and bindings are kept.Select Enable to resume — see Enabling, disabling and deleting.

Connector Engagement Status

Whether the credentials still work. This axis is independent of Status.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
ConnectedThe last credential check succeeded.Nothing.
Not ConnectedNo check has run yet, or the last one failed. Normal for a new connector.Verify it.

How the two combine:

  • Enable appears only once Engagement Status reads Connected. A connector that has never verified shows no button at all.
  • Only connectors that are both Active and Connected can be picked as a channel on an orchestrator, or run by hand.
  • Delete is hidden while a connector is Active. Disable it first.
  • One failed run can move both badges at once: a refused credential sets Not Connected and Disabled together.

Knowledge base ingest statuses

The badge on a knowledge base document and on its ingest job.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
QueuedAccepted, waiting for a worker.Wait.
ProcessingA worker is running the Stage shown beside it.Wait. Progress reflects the state, not how much work is done.
IndexedFinished. Answers can cite the content.Nothing.
FailedThe end of the road for this item.Read the Error tag beside the stage — see Ingest statuses explained.
DeletingA removal is in flight.Wait.
DeletedRemoved from the index.Nothing.

A job row can also read Completed — treated the same as Indexed — or Cancelled; neither is offered by the State filter, which lists only the first four. A pill may carry a suffix, so Indexed · v2 means a newer version of that document exists.

Knowledge base version statuses

Each version of a knowledge base document carries its own badge. Two of the four do not read the way you would guess.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
ProcessingThe version is still being ingested.Wait.
CurrentThe version answers are drawn from.Nothing.
ArchivedSuperseded by a newer version.Nothing.
FailedThe version could not be ingested.Upload it again — see Uploading documents.

Voice conversation statuses

The pill on a conversation row and on its detail page.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
QueuedAccepted, no stage dispatched yet.Wait.
RunningThe pipeline is working on it.Wait.
PausedA stage stalled and the watchdog stopped the run.Open it and select Resume — it continues from the stalled stage.
Waiting for ReviewThe pipeline finished, but nobody has approved it.Check the outputs, then approve it.
CompletedFinished and approved. Approval is permanent — it can no longer be edited.Nothing.
Partially completedThe run ended with some outputs missing. A pipeline outcome, not a review state.Open it to see which outputs are there.
ExceptionThe pipeline failed.Hover the badge — the tooltip carries the failed stage and the reason.

While a run is in flight the pill usually names the stage instead of reading RunningTranscribing, Mapping speakers, Redacting, Classifying, Understanding, Embedding or Exporting. A stalled run names its stage too, as Understand · timed out rather than Paused. The list's own filter groups all of that under one chip, Processing.

Voice pipeline stage statuses

The per-stage squares in the mini-stepper, and the colour key beneath the list.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
PendingNot reached yet.Wait.
RunningIn progress.Wait.
Timed outThe stage stalled and the watchdog stopped it.Select Resume on the conversation.
DoneFinished.Nothing.
SkippedTurned off for this application — drawn dashed and empty. Only PII redact, Classify and Export are skippable.Nothing, unless you expected that stage — then check the application's settings.
FailedThe stage errored, and the conversation reads Exception.Hover the failed square for the reason.

Voice sentiment bands

One five-point band, from a score between −1 and 1.

BandScore
Very negative−0.60 and below
Negative−0.60 to −0.15
Neutral−0.15 to 0.15
Positive0.15 to 0.60
Very positive0.60 and above

The chip prints the signed score beside the band, so a reading looks like Positive +0.42. Where no score was produced it reads "Sentiment not computed" instead.

Voice grade bands

A grading score of 0–100 becomes one letter and one label.

BandLetterScore
ExcellentA90–100
GoodB80–89
FairC70–79
Needs improvementD60–69
PoorFbelow 60

The pass mark is 70: at or above it the pill carries a tick, below it a warning triangle. A conversation with no score reads Grading not enabled / not run.

Voice classification confidence

How sure the classifier was about the class it chose, shown against Confidence on the conversation's outputs.

BadgeWhat it means
HighThe classifier was confident.
MediumA reasonable match, worth a glance.
LowA weak match — check the class is right.
ManualSet by a person, not the classifier.

Voice action-item priority

The chip on each action item Elie draws out of a conversation.

BadgeWhat it means
HighThe most urgent of the three.
MedThe middle band. The label is shortened — it never reads "Medium".
LowThe least urgent.

User statuses

Access Control renders these in capitals, exactly as shown.

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
ACTIVEThe account can sign in.Nothing.
PENDINGInvited, and the invitation has not been accepted yet.Chase it — see Tracking invitations.
DISABLEDSwitched off by an administrator. Cannot sign in; the account and its roles are kept.Re-enable it — see Managing users.
DELETEDRemoved from the organisation. The row keeps this badge.Nothing.

Invitation statuses

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
ACCEPTEDThe invitee signed up, and now appears as a user.Nothing.
PENDINGSent, not yet accepted. Its badge is blue, where a user's PENDING is amber.Wait, or revoke it.
EXPIREDIt lapsed before it was accepted.Invite them again.
REVOKEDCancelled before it was accepted.Invite them again if it was cancelled by mistake.

Role types

BadgeWhat it meansWhat to do
SYSTEMA role that ships with the platform.Nothing — a locked role's permission matrix is read-only.
CUSTOMA role your organisation created.Edit it — see Managing roles.
