Granting a tenant an entitlement

An entitlement licenses one tenant for one component of the platform, in full or down to one named feature. It sets what that tenant may reach; within a licensed module, their own administrator still decides which of their users may use it.

What you'll need
  • The Tenants module visible in your left-hand navigation.
  • A tenant that is not Offboarding or Deleted — the entitlement actions are hidden on both.

If Tenants isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.

Steps

  1. Select Tenants from the menu at the top left — the panel is headed Available Apps — then select the tenant’s name.

  2. In the tenant’s Settings sidebar, select Entitlements — a table of COMPONENT, FEATURE, TIER and ENABLED.

  3. Select Add Entitlement in the toolbar. A drawer headed Add Entitlement opens, with Tenant locked.

  4. Pick Component (required) — raw keys such as intelie_konnect or voice; any the tenant already holds in full are left out. Then Feature (required): * (all features) grants the whole component, or narrow it to one such as document_search.

  5. Pick Tier (required) — a label rather than a gate, defaulting to the tenant’s plan or to custom. Select Add; it is disabled until all three are set, and reads Saving… while it runs.

What success looks like

  • Entitlement added successfully! appears and the drawer closes.
  • A new row shows your component and feature, with Yes under ENABLED.
  • The counter rises, for example Showing 4 from 4 items.

Editing or removing one

Select Edit in a row to open Edit Entitlement: component, feature and tier are fixed, and only Limits change — Add Limit appends a Limit name (e.g. seats) and a numeric Value. Finish with Save Changes.

Select Remove, then confirm in the Remove Entitlement dialog. That withdraws the licence; what the tenant's users can still reach is enforced by the platform, not by this console.
