Voice application settings
Every section here carries the line Changes apply to new conversations only (a new version is pinned). and means it: each save pins a new application version, a conversation keeps the version it started under, and nothing already processed is rewritten.
- The Voice IntELIEgence module visible in your left-hand navigation.
- An existing voice application. Each section has its own Save changes button, so an edit reaches the application only once you save that section.
If Voice IntELIEgence isn't in your navigation, your role doesn't have visibility for it — ask a workspace administrator, or see Permissions and module visibility.
Steps
Open the application and select Settings. The Configuration rail lists nine sections and opens on Application details, which is read-only: a Details card, and a Pipeline stepper drawing any stage you have switched off as Skipped. Edit jumps to General settings.
Sources & Import has Manual upload and IntelieKonnect import. Redaction (PII) has Enable PII redaction, Redaction style, Failure mode and Entities to redact — at least one entity is required, and the fail-open option opens Enable fail-open redaction? and must be confirmed with Keep fail_open.
On Templates & Routing, Enable classification reveals a Classifier picker over your IntelieDoc classifiers, a Class → template mapping and a Default template — every template needs at least ten words. Outputs & Grading holds the five output switches plus the Grading rubric, which needs a criterion whenever Grade is on.
KB & Chat attaches a Knowledge base — Locked once attached — and unlocks Chat enabled and Cross-app chat. Personas holds one switch, Enable speaker identification. Export shows Enable export, a Trigger and a read-only Destinations count.
General settings holds Name, a read-only Owner, Goal, Retention · raw audio (days), Retention · raw transcript (days) and Require human review. Select Save changes in the section you edited — moving to another section first discards the edit with no prompt.
What success looks like
- Settings saved — applies to new conversations. appears and Save changes greys out.
- Status on Application details names the version the application is now on.
- Turning Grade or Topics & sentiment off removes Grading or Topics & Sentiment from the rail; turning it back on restores it.
Activating a draft, retiring an application
A draft application offers Activate in its header; selecting it publishes the application and the badge reads Published. General settings ends in Retire application — Retire stops processing new conversations and retains existing data. Treat it as one-way: the dialog says you can reactivate later, but Activate appears only on a draft, so nothing in the product un-retires an archived application.
If something goes wrong
